Title: The Visit
Author: Adrienne
Rating: PG
Summary: Marigold Gamgee has quite a bit on her mind. A follow-up to Washday.

Comments: Not much attention gets paid to what Sam's family thought of him up and leaving like that, and this is a nice take on it.

Washday by Adrienne

Unicorns
Title: Washday
Author: Adrienne
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Marigold Gamgee has a thing or two to say about the recent goings-on up at Bag End...

Comments: So much for "Keep it secret, keep it safe," our lads seem to be flaunting themselves for all and sundry... This is just a short ficlet, but well worth the read for Marigold's charming voice.

Title: A Pretty Thing

Rating: R
Summary: Even as tensions run high, miruvor is running low. However, mayhem and mithril abound...

Comments: Another of those delightful keeping-quiet-on-the-quest fics. Easy to see why our lads ended up going off on their own, isn't it?

Practicality by Adrienne

Title: Practicality
Author: Adrienne
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Companion piece to Relativity. Frodo and Sam prove that age and experience don't exclude the occasional childish tease.

Comments: Ahh, Frodo and Sam are so cute when they try to tease, but they're really quite hopeless at it. Luckily for us.

Not the Kind of Night

Unicorns
Title: Not the Kind of Night
Author: Adrienne
Rating: R
Summary: A long night at The Prancing Pony is made no shorter by close quarters and constant fear.

Comments: A short 'keeping quiet on the quest' fic: four hobbits in a bed and a Ranger on watch is not enough to keep their hands off each other, it seems...

Last Watch by Adrienne

Title: Last Watch
Author: Adrienne
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Ithilien, day of the Ringbearers' waking. After the festivities, rather. This picks up right when the others have left Frodo and Sam after the evening's reminiscing conversation.

Comments: Another short and sweet interlude, this time in Ithilien.

Indisposed by Adrienne

Title: Indisposed
Author: Adrienne
Rating: R
Summary: Post-party chaos. Remember that lost window of time between Frodo leaving Merry to keep ship by himself for a while and Frodo's reappearance only when Otho S.-B. demanded to see him? This is it.

Comments: "Indisposed" indeed...We've all had a snigger at that line, and this is why :-p

Hands by Adrienne

Title: Hands

Rating: NC-17
Summary: Love and patience are the truest healers of all, particularly in the hands of Samwise Gamgee.

Comments: A short interlude in Rivendell in which Frodo might be tired, but he hasn't lost his appetite... *lewd wink*

Title: Fairer than Most
Author: Adrienne

Fairer than Most I: The Night Before
Rating: NC-17
Summary: Frodo and Sam discover that taking the next step isn't always simple--or planned, for that matter.

Fairer than Most II: Fairer than Most
Rating: R
Summary: The week preceding Bilbo's party proves most trying for Frodo indeed--being young and in love is no easy feat when one's uncle, cousins, cooking, and a family legend manage to get in the way.

Fairer than Most III: Info His Own
Rating: R
Summary: Cleaning up and clearing out after Bilbo's party heralds a long night for Samwise Gamgee even if Merry and Pippin *have* finally gone home.

Fairer than Most: Trying
Rating: NC-17
Summary: (Inset/prequel ficlet for "Blessings") Frodo discovers that wanting is only half the battle.

Fairer than Most IV: Blessings
Rating: R
Summary: Sometimes, the greatest blessings are ones unspoken.

Fairer than Most V: Heirloom
Rating: R
Summary: Forget the Ring. Frodo has a big enough problem on his hands for the present, and it happens to be silver...

Fairer than Most: Engagements
Rating: R
Summary: (Continuation from "Heirloom") Dusk and dawn surrounding that fateful night at the Green Dragon Inn...

Comments: A lovely sweet series, covering Frodo and Sam's first time (though we never rightly see how they got there) and then the usual trials and tribulations as they get used to each other and deal with the expectations of those around them.

Comments: Who needs secret council meetings when you have a bed full of naked, wriggling hobbit? :-p

Dead Secret by Adrienne

Unicorns
Title: Dead Secret
Author: Adrienne
Rating: R
Summary: Just after Gandalf's departure, Frodo finds himself coping with more than just an imminent journey and the Ring on his hands.

Comments: Ah, nothing like impending doom and the end of the world and all that to set the mood, is there? The lovely thing about this one is that although the fic is quite short, the sex scene starts off gratifyingly slowly.

Dancing Day by Adrienne

Title: Dancing Day
Author: Adrienne
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Wherein humor fails and tradition prevails. Also in honor of May, but in a sweeter, more subtextual sense. The hobbits seem have spring fever worse than I do, and that's saying something.

Comments: A short and sweet take on the tried and tested 'Shire valentines rituals' trope.
